It manages the whole production process by scheduling, in addition to the production of mechanical machining department as foreseen by SCHEDULER module, also the manual assembly phases, by assigning single resources or multiple resources grouped into teams to said phases.
The module manages the restrictions derived from the availability of critical parts for the correct start and progress of manual assembly phases, interfacing with the company management system (optional), if required, and generating warning messages in case the availability of parts does not meet the planning.
SCHEDULER ASSEMBLY module perfectly integrates with the other Mares 4.0+ software modules, especially with MDO, automatically synchronizing data and information flow towards the connected assembly stations and data collection relevant to the actual progress of the assembly phases, by detecting the hours imputed by operators and team leaders in MDO module.
SCHEDULER ASSEMBLY software module gives a real-time feedback on the state of the production process, which can be compared with the scheduled deadlines.
