Production scheduling and management module.
It schedules production by allocating the different phases of the working cycle to the available resources (interconnected machines; manual operations; external machining), thus planning workload assessed at finished capacity. The production scheduling module perfectly integrates with the other software modules of Mares 4.0+, especially with JOB Manager, automatically synchronizing data and information flow towards the connected machines and data collection relevant to the actual progress of production orders.
SCHEDULER software module gives a real-time feedback on the progress of production, which can be compared with the scheduled deadlines.
