The application “FMS” aims at managing machines with palletized systems not only when the palletization system involves a single machine, but also when it is in common to more machines. Workpieces of the same batch, as well as different workpieces, can be produced in sequence.
The interface defines a precise production flow by associating the workpieces to be produced and their production sequence to pallets, with the possibility to modify the production flow at any time to meet the various requirements that may arise, by changing working sequences or by locking and unlocking pallets.
In case of more machines powered by the same palletization system, FMS application automatically associates the workpiece to be produced with the machine on which machining will occur, according to the availability of the moment.
